Pathology Immunohistochemistry (CDx-IHC)

CDx-IHC reagent kit is an immunohistochemistry (IHC) assay kit for the qualitative detection of the oncogenic protein expression in tumor or tissue section specimens.

This assay kit is applicable for analyzing pathology tissue sections from biopsy or surgical tissues preserved in FFPE (formalin fixed and paraffin embedded) tissue blocks.

Oncogenic protein as biomarker for cancer early detection

CDx assays are developed based on the cancer-causative target protein expressed in cancer or precancerous human cervical epithelial cells. Using specific monoclonal antibodies and the techniques of immunocytochemistry (ICC) or immunohistochemistry (IHC), clinical specimens can be analyzed for identification and expression levels of the oncogenic protein in high grade pre-cancerous lesions or cancers in cervical epithelial cells and biopsies.
